OMG!! It’s a hidden gem! Our 2000 SF 4/3 home has been completely updated with a well designed open floor plan. It’s surrounded by an enormous amount of trees and sits on 2 acres of sprawling private landscape. There is even a small still creek beyond the trees away from the manicured backyard. There is also a walking trail! This getaway is truly a beautiful, spacious, clean, perfect vacation home surrounded by bountiful nature! Our guests can sit on the front porch, dine on the deck or the back patio and watch the kids safely play, camp out on the grass or have a picnic in the massive backyard! The home is tastefully decorated and is the perfect location for families, couples, singles and friends to relax, unwind or have an amazing bbq cookout event. ✅FREE PARKING: plenty of it.. located directly in front of the home and on west side of the property. The long wraparound driveway can accommodate up to 10 cars. (Please Do Not Park on the lawn). ✅POINTS OF INTEREST: Walk to centrally located restaurants and stores. The home is located less than 3 miles from beaches, downtown Daphne, waterfront restaurants, cafes, the Daphne Civic Center, Target, Walmart, Farmer’s Markets and the Daphne Sports Complex. Guests are only a short drive from Lake Forest Yacht Club Golfing, the famous city of Fairhope, Eastern Shore Baseball Academy, Whiskey Bay night club, fishing @ Mobile Bay, Jubilee Mall, Gator Alley Boardwalk, fitness centers, salons and super markets. ✅SAFETY: 24 hour a day exterior camera surveillance is located on the property. ✅ KEYLESS ENTRY via code offered for your convenience and is changed per visit for the safety of our guests. ✅SMOKING: Not Allowed inside the home. ($500.00 fine for smoking indoors). Guests can smoke outside on the 2 acres of grounds and on the deck. ✅SLEEPING: 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths sleeps 10 guests. All amenities provided in each bedroom including linen, comforters, blankets, pillows, chair, storage and a rug. The bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bath and sleeps 2. The 2nd bedroom sleeps 4 and has 2 twin beds plus a double bed. The 3rd bedroom sleeps 2 and it has a Queen bed. The 4th bedroom has privacy and is located on the west side of the home. It also serves as a media room/den with a queen size convertible sofa bed that sleeps 2 guest ✅BATHROOMS: The 2 1/2 bathrooms are fully stocked for guests with towels, toilet paper body wash, shampoo, conditioners etc and a blow dryer. Shower only in master. ✅DECK: 15 ft x 20 ft furnished is not covered. So if it rains, please bring the chair cushions inside. There are night lites accessible for evening entertainment or outdoor dining. (Please see indoor wall switch left of patio door and please turn off deck lights when not in use). ✅PATIO: covered with a bbq pit ✅DESIGNATED WORK STATION: located in breakfast area which also has a tv, board games, books, and card games etc. ✅BACKYARD: has a covered fire pit with chairs. There’s an array of onsite sports and fun activities for all guests including; portable pickle ball, a basketball goal, games for kids, baseball, kickball and football. Our guests can also relax in the backyard on either the wooden tree swing, in the tree hammock, at the picnic table or our plethora of benches. ✅CREEK: located near Walking trail
✅ ENTERTAINMENT: Our guests will discover that there are 3 smart tv’s inside the home.. 2 in the common area and 1 in the 4th bedroom/den. There is free WiFi, ROKU, cable and internet connectivity access. Yes, there is central heating, AC accessibility, plenty of storage and an LED WALL WINE BAR: There is no alcohol provided). Below the LED wall wine bar/work station is a multipurpose desk with seating that can be used for children’s game space/eating area. ✅DINING: The home has several eating area options all within the large open floor plan entertainment space: including a round granite high bar breakfast table that seats 4 and a 11 ft kitchen island seats 6. Our home also has a large custom dining table with an upholstery bench which offers seating for 6 guests. ✅CHEF’S KITCHEN: is fully equipped with all essential cooking items, fryers, broilers, steamers, baking, utensils, platters, and bbq equipment. There is a charging station and nite lites on the kitchen faucet and backsplash. Guest will also find an array of kids/adult dishes, bowls, glassware, flatware, wine glasses, pots, pans, midsized crockpot, toasters, grills, cake plate, cook books, dishwasher and stove with a built in air fryer feature. Also an easy touch style microwave, pizza trays and etc. ✅ PANTRY: Please help yourself to the complimentary guest’s welcome basket items inside the pantry. ✅WELCOME GUIDE: located on ✅DESIGNATED WORK STATION: with a short list of rules, a section for local restaurant options and a section for you to leave your comments or suggestions for improvements to our getaway. ✅ LAUNDRY ROOM: located in the hallway/near kitchen and stocked with a washer, dryer, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, laundry detergent, softener, bleach, iron, and ironing board; along with additional kitchen Chef supplies ie. blender, mixer, toasters, electric broiler, crockpot, and additional kids supplies. ✅ BBQ GRILL NOTE: propane tank is provided by the hosts free of charge. (Please request propane fuel in advance and prior to arrival). SPECIAL GUEST ✅ OCCUPANCY FEE: Posted rates are for a “maximum of 4 guests”. This number includes all adults and children of all ages. A maximum of 10 paid guests are allowed per booking. ✅ BEDDING and towels are supplied for paid guests only! There will be an additional booking charge for each guest above the 4th guest per booking occupancy. ✅ SERVICE DOGS: are allowed at a rate of $200 per day plus any damages. ✅RULES: Thank you for adhering to all of the house rules.
