「The resort property was beautiful and pretty well maintained, especially the pools. AND, the staff was very friendly. BUT, if you're going there for the "all inclusive" part of it, it's basically almost non existant. There are 2 bars, one swim up and one in the restaurant area and between the two, you might find 5 bottles of booze (and that's mostly really cheap stuff). The so called "nice" restaurant, Calibri, was not even open the whole time we were there (7 days). And, the food was not that...

「This place is a little slice of heaven. Me and my husband absolutely fell in love with this place. From the amazing staff to the incredible food this place is the way to go. It’s more relaxed, family oriented. Perfect place to go and enjoy the beach in peace. The beach is just a very small walk from your room. We are already planning another visit in the future. We didn’t know what to expect our first time in Costa Rica but this place has got you covered. I’ll give Freddy’s Experiences a good...

「We had a fantastic family vacation at Planet Hollywood Resort – Costa Rica. Our Star Class Director’s Suite (two-bedroom unit) was perfect for our family of four with two teens. The suite was clean, fresh, and clearly recently updated. A real highlight was our personal host, Justin. He was personable, attentive, and genuinely accommodating—always ready to help with the little things that made the stay even better. Thank you, Justin! The property overall looked well maintained and inviting. The...

「Amazing resort. Clean and beautiful. The service was top notch and the staff were all knowledgeable and so friendly. Recommend 1000%」

「The property and staff were nice..A few take aways, 1) 3pm Check-in means 3pm no flexilbilty on that,, 2) After we checked-in the two specialty restaraunts were already booked up. for our entire stay..(our stay was from Mon_Fri.)...Bummer. 3)The resort sits on the side of a mountain, so the pool and beach are a distance..so you need to be in decent shape for the hike back..」

「Plenty of parking Quiet A drinking glass and a coffee machine would be nice to have given there are no restaurants in the area. Nice to have a ice machine on the premises.」

「Rooms are clean and amazing. Pool area was immaculate. Beach was so soft. Loved this property. Spa was amazing too.」

「Wonderful stay at Bosque del Mar — friendly, helpful staff, beautiful well-kept grounds. We'd happily come back.」

「I stayed at Secrets Papagayo in October when the resort was at 60% capacity, so it was pleasantly relaxed and never felt overcrowded. I’d read complaints about the shuttles, and it’s true that the steep layout makes walking around difficult. However, I never waited more than 10 minutes for a ride, even at 1 a.m. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and my room’s AC worked great. As a former military guy, I’m pretty easy to please: give me a clean room and cold air, and I’m...

「Excellent」

「This hotel is a true gem. There is only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Playa Hermosa. All the staff are friendly and accommodating and the restaurant serves high quality and delicious food. It is safe, tranquil, and exceptionally clean. The tropical gardens are beautifully maintained and my stay was amazing.」

「The hotel is closed, with the sign removed, the doors padlocked, and dogs and chickens wandering around outside. I had to call the cab that had just dropped me off late in the afternoon to come get me and take me to another hotel. I got numerous emails from the hotel welcoming me even that day, with shuttle information etc. Without daily maintenance the place is looking forlorn and a bit spooky. I read some reviews afterwards on another website that also mentioned it was closed, or a...

「Staff was absolutely amazing! The restaurant located in this resort is phenomenal. It really was a treat for us to stay here.」

「Staff were friendly. Food wasn't worth the money spent. Weekly same menu. Got tired of it. Pools are nice.」

「階段しかなく　スーツケースを はこぶのが 辛かった。。 部屋は　綺麗 フロントやスタッフも　とても 親切」

「The pool and grounds of the property were gorgeous, and the staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. Nice breakfasts made to order. The economy rooms are a bit basic, we decided to pay a bit more to upgrade to a superior room which was excellent.」
