「Attitude was a real deal breaker for us. After arriving to our room we discovered the lights were out for 3/4 of the room - particularly troublesome for the bathroom. Went to front desk and waited about 20 min for someone to come and check out what we assumed to be a fuse issue. Another 20 min and problem is not resolved. Go to the desk to get an update and Miss Attitude is very sassy despite the patience and respect we afforded her. We had been on the beach all day and wanted to shower and head...

「This oceanfront Sea Cabin had an excellent location and view of the ocean. Communication with the host was informative, helpful and prompt. The place was very clean and the kitchen was supplied with necessary items. We enjoyed our trip to Isle of Palms and would stay here again!」

「The amenities at the property are amazing, multiple pools, beach area, ocean front with great places for relaxing, walkable pier and Mariana with Harbor, Bridge, and Charleston views that are so beautiful they seem unreal. On the downside, this is more of an upscale property that needs TLC, cob webs in the ceiling fan over the bed, towels look dingy, walls, doors and trim need to be repainted and everything needs to be refreshed (room 440).
