This spacious house sleeps up to 12 adults and children in the main home (*and there is also an ADULT ONLY - Private Modern apartment FLEX SPACE that can be rented for an ADDITIONAL COST, where 2 more ADULTS can stay. With its breathtaking views of Douglas Lake and The Smoky Mountains the home is the perfect place for your next retreat. VERY RARE, LARGE PRIVATE OFFICE with panoramic views to make the work day fly by...which helps make working from home time not too bad! Wifi throughout to keep you connected if needed.

High style luxury provides 2 amazing kitchens that are fully equipped for making those delicious meals your whole family or group of friends will always remember. Also, a large theater room, outdoor grill, a salt-water *heated pool and spa, extra large lounge deck, 2 fire pits, and plenty of space for guests to relax and rejuvenate. Your group will also have plenty to do nearby such as hiking trails, boat, jet ski, kayak, and paddle board rentals, golf, water parks, amusement parks, shopping, horseback riding, white water rafting, and lots of antiquing.

This house is perfect for 8-10 adults, for retreats. And the sleepers can accommodate children or a couple of smaller adults. We allow up to 12 booked persons total in the main house (and IF THE FLEX SPACE IS RENTED...then there is allowed 14 Total, NO EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY…NO EXCEPTIONS.
