「Location was excellent for Highland Festival activities. Lil Blue had everything we needed. Hosts made check in/check out process easy and were quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed use of the porch and loved walking to coffee shop. 」

The personal touches and amenities offered by Diana and Mark made us feel at home and afforded us the rest and relaxation we desired. 「We had a great time at the cottage! Before check-in we went out kayaking from Riverside Canoe and check-in was smooth, the cottage smelled fresh and was nice and cool on a hot summer day.We enjoyed the hot tub and hanging out on the front porch in the rocking chairs, an all around super relaxing visit. It is tiny but the layout is great, we had 3 adults and a large dog and didn't feel cramped at all.」

「Very nice!! Thanks for the snacks, and that is the cutest microwave/coffe pot/toaster combo ever! ONLY comment(NOT a complaint), may consider storing a thin mattress pad in the closet for the foldout couch. Needs just a little more cushion.」

「Cute house on a quiet road. Centrally located to Jefferson and West Jefferson. Upstairs loft was wonderful for our kiddos and there is a small work area as well. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay. 」

「It is a nice place to stay for convenience. Easy to get to and within driving distance of many places in Bristol. The area it is in may be a little run down but I felt safe. 」

「Check in was very easy.Noted recent upgrades on all appliances. Creeper trail runs right across the street, with a bike rental shop across the street too (check to see if open.) This makes it a great location for trail riders, or those that only want to watch the riders go by. Right beside of a restaurant. Other eats not far away. The location is gorgeous, the reflection pond is a lovely bonus space, and the house itself is luxurious and outfitted with beautiful, artistic items, and the space makes relaxation easy. The quality of everything in the house is extremely high, including all of the equipment in the kitchen, which made cooking there a complete joy.
