Find Hotel with a Concierge in Dallas, TX

"There wasn’t a kitchen and it was just so inconvenient. I take responsibility for my choice. I was in a hurry and booked last minute. Only valet parking, so once my car was gone that was done. I lost my adapter to my charger. The room was too old and didn't have anywhere else to charge. My coffee pot leaked water everywhere. I called for another one and they brought it but no apology. The hotel was too expensive for what we received. I have never been this disappointed, but sometimes things happen."
