Nice owner - super sketchy neighborhood

The owner was kind and good to communicate with and I was happy to find a place to bring my dogs. They have made an effort to present a decent home and I should have done my research on the neighborhood better- my bad. We saw drug deals a couple blocks away and heard gunshots from the home.
