「I rent VRBO frequently and this was the first time I have ever been to a property that required NOTHING AT ALL at checkout! No bed stripping or dish washing or garbage emptying or mopping… They specifically noted that we are on vacation so we shouldn't be responsible for cleaning their house. That alone (besides it being a great, clean place) is enough for five stars!」

「It's a comfortable and cozy house! It's surprisingly roomy and had everything we needed for a great stay. The communication with the owner was fast and friendly. Everything you could ask for!」

「Check in was simple and convenient. Kitchen had everything we needed. There was an issue regarding the pool and the owner responded quickly to take care of the issue. We thoroughly enjoyed the space! Would definitely recommend.」

「It was very spacious for 2 people. Very much accommodating. Parking was a squeeze and you could hear the other tenants in the building. Not a big deal. Was a very good place to stay for the weekend.」

「My husband and I came for a visit from New Braunfels and found this cozy, homestead feeling little place. We were able to bring our two pups with plenty of room to enjoy outdoor play. The house is updated beautifully and , wow, that gorgeous clawfoot tub! We thoroughly enjoy everything about our stay here and look forward to booking it again!」

「It was awesome. We are only there one night but we really enjoyed it. Thank you for your hospitality. The metal bunk bed in the big room needs a little tightening I think. It was a little squeaky. Other than that it was great. 」

「This is a house on stilts with the river practically in the backyard. It was easy to find, we didn’t have any issues with directions and the road is paved. You do not park on the gravel, as it is the neighbors property but that’s not mentioned in the check-in. Because this is a “tree house”, you feel it move every time someone walks around or goes up and down the steps. This house is well stocked and everything was easy to find. The only problem we ran into was food storage so we had to buy foil...

「Literally walking distance to the stadium. Quiet neighborhood and safe. The house is so fun and beautiful. The host was very polite and communicated often. Would definitely stay there again. There were six of us that stayed comfortably there. This place is awesome! 」
