「This was a nice hotel. The problem was I paid an extra $10 a night to get the larger apartment with a sofa and more square feet. We stayed there one night before our cruise and stayed in the larger room we had paid for. We came back after our cruise for a 4 night stay. They put us in a very small room without a couch. It was super tight. I called and explained that I paid for the larger room. They said, sorry, this is in the larger room category. I asked about the couch, to which they said,...

「Clean, very easy check in, clear instructions for accessing apartment. Near to shops, restaurants and metro. 4 stops to Acropolis. 」

「The staff were very friendly and provided attentive service. The shower pressure was excellent, and hot water flowed continuously without interruption. The amenities were also well-stocked. It was easily accessible from the station and a wonderful hotel.」

「Clean hotel, well positioned, great service but with ikea like furniture ,dated cheap decoration . Breakfast room is in a tight space , no ventilation, small odd potions. Stopping our car to offload our luggage was difficult due to access from the road, though navigation system took us to the wrong door. Remember this when choosing the hotel.」

「The Alex was charming, clean and centrally located. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The views are spectacular, especially from the rooftop restaurant/bar. The food was delicious and the staff was wonderfully accommodating and polite. I highly recommend this hotel to any travelers going to Piraeus.」

「ストライキでフェリーが大幅遅延した為急遽利用しました。フェリー乗り場から徒歩15分程度、ビジネスホテルのようなかんじ、歯ブラシはなかったですが、タオルや備え付けの飲み物がありました。満足しています。」

「フロントスタッフのお姉さんにとても親切に対応いただきました。 英語が苦手でポケトークを利用しながらですが、ゆっくりわかりやすく説明してくれました。 お部屋も清潔でとてもキュートです。 翌朝早くにフェリー乗り場まで送迎手配をくださり大変助かりました。」

「グランドハイアットだとは到底信じられない。設備・内装・サービスのどれもホリデイ・インやノボテルなどのクラス。 モダンな内装なのに既に経年劣化がみられ、特に水回りで著しく、シャワーヘッドはゴムのパッキンが劣化して固定できず、お湯の温度調節すら難しい。 客室の椅子は大き過ぎて、少し動かしただけで大きな音がして階下の部屋に鳴り響く。」
