Directives as how to check-in were very clear and got a prompt reply from their customer service for some technical issue with the hairdryer that was immediately solved. Top value for money! Highly recommended for those who want a 5 star room without having to pay the price of a 5 star hotel."

"The staff at reception was fantastic. They were able to organize a last minute private guided tour of the Acropolis (ask for Liana). The room was super nice and we got complimentary champagne. It was right outside the Plaka which made it great for shopping and food."
