The modern Florida-style community is only 30 minutes N of Tampa and 45 to Tampa International Airport, 1 hour W of Orlando and 10 minutes from the charms of Dade City and next door to Saint Leo University. You have access to all 1714 square feet of this nicely appointed Villa with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tiled floors, and private primary suite.
