"Very helpful that I was escorted from International Arrivals area to the international part of the hotel because you have to get through several security checks. I did not yet have a boarding pass for the onward flight which meant the staff member escorting me was essential."

"Hotel is in a very good location near to the airport. However, this is a busy hotel and the staff is unable to provide very good service. The room is nice but the bed is very firm and uncomfortable and the pillows to soft. The price for food and laundry is very expensive. The breakfast is very good "

"All the amenities and luxury from nicely architected spacious room interior and decor, bath with shower tub and toiletries to the hotel amenities itself like breakfast buffet, reception area, and other facilities everything is top notch as expected from 5 star and reasonably priced. Location is only 15 min drive to airport in non peak hours and nice quiet area with streets lined with green trees and a mall with shopping, food and movie theater near by less than 10 min walking distance. A great comfortable experience. Only one downside is food is very expensive as expected from any 5 star. But with shopping area near by, this is not an issue."

"I did not request any room upgrade. However, the staff upgraded my room without my consent and charged me for it. I have repeatedly requested a refund for this unauthorized charge, but my concerns have been ignored. I would like to know why a room upgrade was made without my request. sincerely request that they refund this charge."

"We booked this hotel through Expedia and, due to last minute changes in our travel plans, I contacted Expedia before check-in to request a date change. Expedia tried reaching out to the hotel multiple times, but unfortunately there was no cooperation from the hotel side, which was disappointing. We checked in quite late and only spent a short time at the property. The hotel itself feels a bit dated and has fairly limited amenities for what is expected from a 5-star hotel. The swimming pool was also not operational during our stay. The buffet breakfast was average at best and did not meet the standard compared to other 5-star hotels we have stayed at. The only real positive was the location, which was convenient and easily accessible."

"This hotel is OK if you have an early flight the next morning. It's very simple hotel nothing special, uncomfortable beds, poor shower, basic conditions. The location of the place that appears on hotels is WRONG.... is not the right location it took my driver more than an hour to found it out. Ask for the telephone number."
