"I was very impressed with the professional and courteous service of Mr Anand Chaudhary of IHG at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi. Due to his excellent service our experience from the front desk to the hotel check in became smooth and hassle free. We also enjoyed our experience at the breakfast table. A kind tall lady ( Do not have her name) made us welcomed and served us freshly cooked omelettes. Our overall experience with this hotel was great. I wish these individuals good luck. "

So, on to a third room, where we then had to ask for blankets because there weren't any. The issues didn't stop there. We were told breakfast would be served at 9 AM, but it didn't arrive until 10 AM, meaning we had to rush off to catch our flight without eating. Wished they are more prepared and proactive. "
