"I was travelling with friends who had another room but had the same experience. There was a problem with the aircon and our room temperature was 26c. I reported this to reception and the chap went to another room to remotely set the temperature for me. In the mean time he suggested opening our window until the temperature became acceptable. If there was a problem with the aircon then why weren’t we notified on checking in? And why didn’t they set the temperature beforehand to 21c instead of...

"Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück und schönem Wellnessbereich. Sehr gute Lage- nahe zum Strand und Promenade. Parkgarage mit etwas hohem Gebühr. Die Zimmer mit viel Platz und bequemen Betten. Wenig Auswahl bei Tee auf Zimmer, Kaffeepulver vorhanden, aber keine Milch."

"Stedet var fint rent og pænt. Wellness området var pænt men saunaen var kold - ligesom de andre rum (dampbad). Men den indendørs pool var rigtig fin. Morgenmaden var god. Vi valgte også at spise aftensmad i restauranten og den var også rigtig god. Sengene var meget hårde hvilket gjorde at vi havde ondt i ryg, nakke og skuldre dagen efter og derfor ville vi nok ikke vælge dette hotel igen."

"The check in experience was poor - they don’t bother to offer proper instructions for the front desk that is located away from the actual hotel. Moreover - they don’t bother to pickup calls at the front desk. Poor experience and poor communication. The hotel itself is nice and clean. Good location. Just their concept of supporting customers is way off - set your expectations low."
