"The hotel is extremely clean throughout. The owners (husband & wife) were especially gracious and kind. They arranged a cab for me for an early morning departure. When I left at 5:40 am today (a Sunday) he was waiting in the lobby with a bag of water & fruit for me. "

"This place is in the center of Cusco close to many major areas of interest, i.e. plazas, museums, restaurants, street markets, etc. They are also only a bus or train ride from Machu Picchu, Aguas Calientes, Ollytantambo, and so much more. The staff go above and beyond for anything you may need, help with luggage, directions to local places, calling taxis, and the lovely breakfast they serve. They main staff are fluent in English if you don't know Spanish, the grounds are immaculate, and everything is very affordable. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan on visiting the area."

"Lovely property. We were upgraded to a ground floor room in the old mansion with a spa and it was lovely. Unfortunately due to limited time available we were not able to utilise many of the other facilities in the hotel."

"It was awesome for what we paid. The hotel is a little more far away from the city center, but is was really close to the airport, train station and for the tours to pick us up. They offered us breakfast lunch for our 4am trips. The jacuzzi was FIRE. Loved it so much. "

"This is an amazing hotel only a 10 minute walk from Plaza Centro. The staff is super friendly and accommodating but the rooms are first class!!! They have a wonderful restaurant which serves a delicious complementary breakfast. Lunch and dinner are also available. The hotel has a spa, very cozy bar and an out door patio with fire pits and umbrellas as well. My only caution is, the road to the hotel is very narrow with even narrower sidewalks so make sure you plan your arrival and departure so you’re not packing/pulling luggage along the streets. I absolutely can’t praise this hotel enough!!❤️❤️"
