Parents loved it

We got a night stay at NH Hotel The Five in Curitiba as a gift for my parents' 50th anniversary, and they loved it. Everything went smoothly, from the booking to special voucher and celebration arrangements. I live abroad but I was able to contact the booking department through email and WhatsApp chat. They had a great time. Thanks for all the staff that helped make this occasion even more special.

Awful Hotel

The hotel is beautiful. The bed sheets had a strong bad odor of detergent. Room had dust. As you can see in the pictures the shower had molds. The air-conditioning was VERY noisy. I had to call at least few times the room service for cutlery.

Hotel localizado em região muito bem servida de bons restaurantes e cafés, além de quatro shoppings e alguns supermercados, com poucos minutos de caminhada. Quarto silencioso, cama bastante confortável e banheiro com uma ducha excelente em volume de água. Possui uma academia difícil de ser encontrada em hotéis de tão completa em equipamentos. Café da manhã excelente, muita variedade e qualidade no que é oferecido.

Localização excelente, perto de vários shoppings, restaurantes e cafés. Quarto de tamanho bom c/banheiro espaçoso, ducha com bom fluxo, mas com uma temperatura instável. O café da manhã merece destaque, muita variedade, qualidade e rapidez de reposição, excelente! A academia merece outro destaque, é muito completa, difícil de encontrar uma assim em hotéis! Funcionários muito solícitos e cordatos. Tem um mini supermercado no térreo do prédio Os manobristas do estacionamento são bastante cuidadosos.
