Great resort, perfect for visiting the Falls.

This is a beautiful hotel and resort. It's in a good location, just south of the main part of the town and only about 15 mins drive from the airport and 30 mins from the Falls. The resort is spacious and very-well maintained. Room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I expected. There's a lot here, from the pool to a forest-trek and small zoo/aviary. I wasn't here for long, so didn't get to see it all but it's well worth the cost and is an excellent price. Food was great, the Feijoada buffet on Saturdays is exceptional but it's good every day. Breakfast was a wide selection and very nice quality food. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort, especially if you're staying for a visit to the Falls.

Majority of good hotels we have stayed around the world have tea or coffee making facilities, drinking water and Iron press in the room. The room was very cold and our first two nights were very uncomfortable. Finally we had to ask for a heater. Lot of noise in the night, we could hear the noise from the adjacent room also.

É um bom hotel, com boa estrutura, excelente atendimento, bastante limpo, com estacionamento fácil e gratuito, mas há algumas observações: - Na reserva, as fotos dos quartos mostravam piso de madeira, mas ficamos em um quarto com carpete grudento; - Nos quartos ou funciona o ar quente ou o ar frio. Isso vai depender da climatização do hotel. Então em alguns momentos tivemos bastante calor no quarto e o ar frio não funcionava; - Os banheiros dos quartos são antigos e a pia é muito baixa. Merece reforma. - O café da manhã é repetitivo e bem inferior ao do Bourbon de Atibaia. Resumindo: é um bom hotel, mas precisa de alguns ajustes.

Foi tudo perfeito só acho q vcs deveriam deixar uma ala só pra quem tem crianças pequenas. Era 6:00 da manhã e o quarto ao lado a criança acho q batia as gavetas da cômoda sem parar e não pude mais descansar.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos.

Foi oferecido um upgrade, onde eu ofereci um valor e foi aceito pelo Hotel, e foi pago no checkin. Ocorre que ao adentrar ao quarto minha Esposa sentiu um cheiro de mofo muito grande, e foi oferecido outra acomodação de padrão inferior ao up grade que foi pago. O Hotel não fereceu a devolução do valor do up grade, ja que não foi usado. Acho que o Hotel não foi correto nessa cobrança e não oferta do up grade sugerido.
