I made a reservation for a restaurant by text message (hotels.com) when I made the reservation the hotel, but there was no reply. Of course, there was no information that it was not open. I was told to go to the pizzeria that was a minute's walk away. 2. I had to press and hold the button to call the elevator. I waited for several minutes, but the elevator...

「We loved our stay at Il Giardinetto. The hotel is beautiful and right on the lake. We had a room with a balcony and lake view and really enjoyed the beautiful view every day for our first cup of coffee. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. All the staff were charming and very helpful. We spent the night before at a hotel close to Milan airport, as we were arriving in the evening and worried about delays. Hotel Il Giardinetto arranged a car to come and pick us up...
