「All around good stay.」

「Great hotel with authentic character and charm. This is a historical property so don't expect the latest amenities, but the staff were very friendly and served a great breakfast. I look forward to staying at the Spencer House again.」

「Stay was great!!!」

「Great location. Charming and very clean and comfortable.」

「Convenient for our stop over to Orlando to cruise. Easy to find, delicious breakfast, and very friendly staff.」

「I never write reviews, but I have to say the staff at Surf and Sand were incredible. I have a broken ankle and they were so helpful getting me to my room... and letting me know if I needed any additional help, they were there for me. They (I think her name was Julia) even helped my friend find her keys. Excellent guest relations!」

「Everything from location, staff and room was exceptional!」

「We enjoyed the location... The breakfast was okay... The property was maintained very nicely.... The only drawback we had was we picked this place because it said it was pet friendly, but upon calling, we found we couldn't take our cat..... And there was a dog down the hallway from us barking endlessly... I guess I don't understand the difference there. I was even willing to pay an extra deposit to not have to leave our family member at home, Otherwise, we had a very good experience there.」

「Although the staff is nice, the facilities are very ancient. They should be upgraded immediately. The operator ignores necessary investments.」

「Very clean and quiet」
