「Life has definitely been life lately and I needed somewhere to go to find some peace, even for just a little bit. This place was that and more. The property is absolutely gorgeous. It even made the rainy weather feel like paradise. I will definitely be back.」

「Cabin was in good shape with furniture that looks nice but was not comfortable. Cabin was cleaned from the last renters but weeks ago. So had a lot of dust and the porches was nasty and the grill need replaced. No wash cloths. Listed a washer and dryer but not ether. Fire ring need some redoing, needs some rocks not mud. Cabin have some good, but need a lot improvement. 」

The available pictures do not do justice to the low quality of this basement room. The place includes all the amenities listed, however upon arrival it was easy to see how poorly the property is maintained. The dishes were caked in dust and grime sitting on the shelves. 「Room was great the country club itself was run down and old the pool was dirty. Place to eat was not available if you don’t have a reservation kinda hard to know when u will arrive after driving 8 hours. Town or waynesville was cute.」

「The room was cute and the allowance of having our dogs was why we chose this property. Having said that the check in process wasn't clear using Expedia. There is no management office. You simply needed a code to get a key from a lockbox on the door of your house. The big issue was the multiple spider webs/spiders/and dust all over the place. You can see that the fans and ceilings haven't been cleaned in months if not more. The fire alarm hanging on it's wires went off for no reason twice. ...
