Concierge and reception staff were very good.
Hotel is in a lousy location and has no beach or water access, yet the view is impaired by a jetty and a commercial marina. Food was mostly unimaginative and mediocre.
Overall it was not a good value at all.

The room was very clean. The hot tub was very nice to have in the room, took a while to fill but I think the adjoining room was filling up at the same time. The staff were very friendly accommodating and helpful. Easy walking distance to the attractions and historic district. The street was very busy but very interesting to people watch. Amenities were great in a common area and some very interesting antiques in the shared areas. Would definitely recommend.
