「Very clean and sweet property. Attractively furnished. Check in was easy. Good communication.Kitchen was very easy to use. Did lots of our own cooking. Would have appreciated some quality stainless steel pots and tops as we can’t use anodized cookware for specific health reasons.」

「After a short power interruption caused by a fallen tree in town, we got settled in. Very cute small house, with some great local activities. We hiked the loop and up the recommended nearby trail, explored the Grand Caverns and enjoyed the Alpine Goat Brewery. A peaceful and enjoyable stay.」

「Everything was perfect. The property has lovely views and is well stocked and very comfortable. Our hosts were warm and welcoming. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning soon. Thank you Ferne.」

「General cleanliness. Ceiling tiles need to be replaced. Multiple spiders/bugs throughout. There was also a mug growing mold that was left by the kitchen sink. We ended up not staying over night. We just used the space to get a ready for the wedding we were attending in the area. 」
