「Great room, obviously recently modernised, very clean, very quiet. Breakfast was good/hot, though the pastries werent great. The young lady looking after breakfast was fab, single handedly doing everything, and doing it very well.. Check in wasnt great, 3 people behind the desk, (2 chatting possibly about work ) and 1 couple taking foreeeever to check in. Eventually a 2nd person came free, and check in started. By the time we were checked in ( which was fairly quick), there was a huge queue...

「All I can say about this amazing hotel is that it’s simply wonderful. I was deeply impressed by the hospitality of the staff. The castle was so big that I got lost several times, but the staff kindly helped me each time. Even though I didn’t have a restaurant reservation, they still provided breakfast and dinner without any issue, and I’m truly grateful for that. I would definitely love to stay here again on a special occasion.」

「Arrived late at night and had trouble finding a car park space. Access around the building is one way but to exit you have to go through a locked gate and you need a code - as a guest who has just arrived you don't have this info. I called the hotel 3 times whilst stuck at the gate and no one answered. Luckily a guest walked past and gave me the code. Went around again but this time went in the multistorey up a level. Be warned this car park is VERY TIGHT and not all cars are parked well. When...

「チェスター市内で宿泊先を探したのですが、好さげなところは全て一杯だったため、隣り町に在るこのマナハウスを予約しました。料金が低廉だったので、メンテが充分に出来ていないのではないかと心配だったのですが、嬉しい外れでした。設備も庭園も充分に整備されています。浴室の化粧鏡は、風呂やシャワーを使っても曇らないよう、電熱入りだったのには感心しました。レセプショニストの女性も親切でした。強いてケチをつけるなら、夕食のテーブルが、混んでもいないのに、食堂入口脇だった事くらいです。然し、この宿泊料で、これだけのところは、滅多に無いでしょう。」

「空港から徒歩3分程度の距離にあります。 部屋が大変綺麗でした。 ケトルとコーヒーメーカーが備え付けてあります。コーヒーや紅茶が置いてありました。 ドライヤーと衣類スチーマーもありました。 冷蔵庫はありません。 シャワールームも十分な広さと綺麗さでした。備え付けのシャンプー類がありましたが使用していないのでどんなものかはわかりません。 USBポート（typeA,typeC）が部屋の至るところにありました。変換アダプタを忘れても大丈夫です！ 飛行機が飛ばなくなったので急遽もう一泊することになったのですが、快く対応してくださりました。部屋のブッキングはエクスペディアからしてほしいと言われましたが、予約後は、同じ部屋を手配してくれました。」

「It was last minute plan change from my usual stay in old hall not too far from this hotel, just being curious to find another one. Not so sure was that a right decision, Building is beautiful and amazing gland entrance and big room, however, the service is not that good. Bistro is full of student part timers, not many choice for break fast, a bit shaby as high grade hotel. My sister who does not live in UK did not have the idea of having a cold croissant for breakfast put it to toaster which...

「Unfortunately this hotel is looking very tired. The rooms are shabby and dusty. Stains on the walls and on the ceiling of the bathroom. But, the staff were very friendly and the location is great. 」

「観光のため１泊滞在しました。地下鉄を降りてすぐの立地でアクセスが良く、歩いて回れる範囲に観光スポットが多数ありました。ビートルズで有名なキャバンクラブやマリーンミュージアム、Tate美術館等どこも徒歩圏内で回れました。また、ホテルにはプールもあり、観光で疲れた体をリフレッシュすることができました。お部屋は広く、バスタブも大きく旅の疲れを癒せました。また、我々が行った時は競馬の重賞レースのあった時期で、きれいなドレス姿の女性が多数いらして、お部屋もほぼ満室状態でしたが、グラスシャンパンのサービスがあったり、従業員のみなさんの対応は常に笑顔で機敏でした。お部屋にもわざわざ不都合はないかと確認の連絡をくれたりしました。リバプールに行った先にはまた泊まりたいと思うホテルでした。」
