「I would very much recommend this cottage. We had a lovely time here and the host was fantastic. It’s in a great location and the cottage has everything you need including a great hot tub! Will definitely return」

「Perfect stay for our holiday, great location for accessing both pennines and dales. House was great, really well kitted out and comfortable. Host was amazing, perfect comms, and immediate replies when we contacted her. Would happily recommend, and stay again if we return to the area.」

「Fabulous house for large groups. Very well equipped. Would definitely recommend.Only negative was the house wasn’t very warm despite the heating being on full, however, we did stay at one of the coldest times of the year with frost outside.Another point to note, take extra care when using the hot tub at night as the lighting to get to it from the house is poor」

「A brilliant holiday home that had everything we needed and more. Everything was clean and comfortable. The children loved the games room with pool tables. The welcome pack was a lovely touch! It was a great place to explore the area.」

「Bathroom smells mouldy, could have done with a small window opener for airflow.kitchen has everything you need.parking perfect outside accommodation Overall a good place to stay」

「Such a cute and cosy cottage, had everything we needed and was very well situated. thank you.」

「Fantastic location. Ideal for what we needed but also really rural-feeling and peaceful. We found it quiet and charming. We enjoyed wandering in amongst the old orchard and down through the copse, across the scrubland that forms part of the floodplain of the Tyne. It was good to know there are badgers around although we weren’t lucky enough to see anyway. The dawn chorus was impressive. Very pleasant indeed. Definitely will book again if we’re back in the area. 」

「Great location for us visiting friends in Eaglescliff.Every thing and more than you can possibly need is provided in the Elms.Very good communication from the owner, even got in touch when it snowed to check we were ok and warm enough. We will definitely see if it's available next time we need to be in the area.」
