"This was the most wonderful stay in an elegant hotel along the Croatian Riviera. Our room was sumptuous and luxurious, tastefully decorated with a stunning view over the bay. We had a balcony where we could sit and take in the view, the bed was very comfortable indeed and we had all the provisions we needed, including bathrobes and slippers for the lovely pool and spa. We had a friendly welcome on arrival and we could park our car on a meter outside which was free after 8pm. The breakfast was unbelievable! So much choice, very good quality food, in a large spacious setting with white linen tablecloths and elegant satin curtains. The whole experience was truly amazing, we loved every minute of it! "

"Property is in an excellent location right on the water. Walking to explore is very easy to do. Property is beautiful and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. "

"The central location is the only real advantage. The breakfast is fine. Parking was frustrating. The rooms themselves are spacious but feel very outdated. All these made the stay less comfortable than expected."

"Lovely hotel"

"Although the facilities and cleanliness were ok, the communication of services by the staff were lacking, especially in terms of what is available to the customer. I only found out that the garage parking is included in the stay because the ticket machine did not accept my credit card. The procedure for the garage was never communicated by the front desk staff, neither was the street parking terms & conditions when we arrived late due to traffic. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was fixed to a temperature and could only be changed by the front desk when I asked them. For a hotel of this price class I expect better customer communication and not letting do the guest do all asking. Certainly won't stay there again even if the area is nice and directly at the ocean shore."
