Perfect location, perfect stay.

The front desk woman was very nice and friendly from the moment we checked in and each morning we saw her. The room was spacious, clean and bright with a Juliet balcony with beautiful views. Breakfast was so plentiful, a casino, spa facilities and a beauty salon all within the hotel. A lovely park right across the street which brings you to the beaches and sea walkway. We fell in love with Opatija!

We had a great Expedia points deal this time, the regular pricing (honestly in all of Opatija) seems steep. Nonetheless, the experience was very good. Comfy bed, decent shower, minibar, sea/harbor view. A little water kettle would have been appreciated though. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant really acceptable. Having been here before, I'm sure we will be back as well with another surplus of travel points to cash :-)

Very decent hotel in the center of Opatija, I've stayed over in this town many times in other hotels, so this was a first try, always having (negatively) associated this hotel with it's slot machine casino. But it turned out to be very decent, with a helpful and friendly staff and comfortable rooms, in my case with a great view from the 5th floor. The breakfast could have been slightly more diverse, the coffee was frankly not that good. But all in all, a good experience, I'll be coming back here!

The room was clean. The staff is friendly but it felt like you bother them a bit, or that they are waiting for the end of shift. I waited almost ten minutes at the front desk to check out, no one was there. The parking was full in September, don't count on it in peak season. Still a nice hotel.

Leider sind wir sehr enttäuscht. Beim Ankommen wurde uns kalt gesagt, obwohl es angegeben wurde, dass es Parkplätze gibt, dass es keine Parkplätze gibt. Uns wurde auch nicht mitgeteilt, wo man parken könne. Nicht einmal einen Platz um das Gepäck aus dem Auto auszuräumen gab es. Im Bad war leider sehr vieles nicht sauber (Fliesen im Bad völlig schwarz und unsauber, Löcher in den Fliesen gestemmt…Handtücher im Bad und sogar die Bettwäsche hatten Flecken - waren also nicht sauber weiß. Doch das war nicht alles! Die Klimaanlage scheint nicht zu funktionieren…bei unserer Ankuft hatte unser Zimmer 30,5 Grad! (auch das Zimmerfenster war etwas geöffnet bei unserer Ankunft. Nach ewigem herumprobieren teilten wir es der Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption mit - diese meinte nur sie kann sich darum kümmern. Weder eine Entschuldigung noch sonst etwas sagte sie uns. Einige Stunden später, waren wir wieder in unserem Zimmer - nach wie vor 27 Grad. Wir schlossen daraus, dass eine kurze Zeit lang ein mobiles Klimagerät in unser Zimmer gestellt wurde. (Deswegen war wohl auch das Fenster davor geöffnet.) Nach wenigen Minuten stiegen die Grade wieder weiter an. Deshalb meldeten wir es wieder an der Rezeption. Kein Entschuldigung, anscheinend war dem Personal sofort klar und sie wussten, dass das Klimagerät in diesem Zimmer nicht funktioniert und brachten ein mobiles Klimagerät, welches sehr laut war und natürlich erforderte, das Fenster geöffnet zu lassen. Auch von einem versprochenen Parkblick..

A localização é ótima e a cidade é maravilhosa, entretanto tenho que dizer algumas coisas más sobre o Hotel. O quarto é muito pequeno para três pessoas. A tarifa do quarto não condiz com um hotel de 4 estrelas. O Pequeno-almoço também não é de um hotel de 4 estrelas. O estacionamento estava completamente cheio e nosso carro teve que ficar nas traseiras do hotel. No dia seguinte o carro estava na rua, em frente ao Casino. Pagamos uma diária de €25,00 para o estacionamento quando só chegamos às 22:00 e tínhamos que tirar o carro até o horário de checkout e isso não completou uma diária. Apenas a funcionária do primeiro dia foi educada, os outros funcionários não foram nenhum pouco simpáticos. O hotel precisa rever algumas políticas.
