Hotel Savoy the perfect choice

Wonderful hotel, beach-side in Opatija, in the center of the city surrounded by beautiful restaurants, spectacular architecture of buildings and a host of places of interest. However, Hotel Savoy has a great restaurant, cocktail/wine bar, beach bar, indoor and outdoor pool, beach deck and offers a host of activities. One word - beautiful location and even more beautiful hotel

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast everything clean parking is difficult because you have to park in the garage. That is perhaps 50 to 100 yards away from the hotel if you go to the hotel first with your bags then you have to take a long route back to the garage because the road by the hotel is one way but really a very nice place to stay.

Loved the hotel and location in Opatia. Our balcony overlooked the Adriatic Sea. Great staff, clean rooms and a very good breakfast. Walking path goes by this property which was a fun way to see the area. So beautiful. We visited in early May and they said that was a great time to go since I guess it's really busy there in the summer months. Parking was limited but they were able to make room for us. Beautiful overall!

Reception customer service poor. €20 deposit for pool towel. Difficult to get to outdoor pool. Second rate breakfast. Tired decor. Parking similarly difficult. Feels like stuck in authoritarian past where customer lucky to be in hotel.

Rooms are small but clean. In order to use beach and outdoor pool there is a fee this is NOT included with the hotel. I was under the impression after ready the amenities this was all included in the hotel since not stated otherwise. Fee to use outdoor pool is 40$ euros with a beach bed and two use the beach chairs it is $14 euros for 2.

We visited when it was very hot outside. The room air conditioner does not work unless your room key is inserted in a slot inside the room. When we came back after a day of siteseeing the room was very warm making it difficult to sleep. They also controlled how low the thermostats seas set. You couldn’t go below 24 degrees.

Hôtel bien situé avec bel accès à la mer et terrasse intéressante. Toutefois, l’hôtel organise des fêtes sur sa terrasse extérieure qui adonne sur les chambres avec vue sur mer. Ça devient une discothèque à ciel ouvert avec de la musique tres forte jusqu’à 1 heure am.

Das Hotel Savoy liegt sehr zentral und reizvoll am Meer. Die Zimmer und das Personal sind nett. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut. Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen und werde dort wieder Urlaub machen.

Zentral an der Kvarner Bucht gelegen - ziemlich gut erhaltener 'alter' Stil - hervorragendes Frühstück stets mit vorbereitem frischem Obst. Durchgang zum Restaurant Lungomare praktisch - Lage an der Flaniermeile könnte bei offenem Fenster nachteilig sein. Die Zimmer sind leider etwas hellhörig, man benötigt rücksichtsvolle Nachbarn.

Pozitív tapasztalatok

Kiváló helyen fekvő, szép, tiszta, elegáns szálloda. Félpanzió esetén bőséges és finom a reggeli svédasztalos választék, vacsorát pedig egy külön étlapról lehet választani. A vacsorához előétel, főétel és édesség is tartozik. Itt is bőséges a választék és minőségi ételeket szolgálnak fel. Az adagok olyan nagyok, hogy az édesség már szinte nem is hiányzik. A szálloda személyzete nagyon udvarias és szolgálatkész. Szerintem a szálloda ár-érték aránya megfelelő!
