"I forgot to take with me my jewry case placed in the drawer of the bedside table in my hotel room, and checked out leaving it behind. I reminded later and asked for it, luckly they kept it and gave it back to me. it never happened to me that Lost items never come back during Europe and America traveling. I was realy impressed.This is the greatest hotel in Europe."
