「This was the best place we stayed in England. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We bought oven ready meals and cooked them. Made a salad. Good times. Lovely garden in back overlooking Pub. It was easy walking to grocery and Pub. 」

「Great property and very clean with great views. 2nd time we've stopped there and will return again no doubt on our next golf weekend Nice touches having, milk, tea, bread and butter supplied to you One very small ‘issue’ is with the swimming pool. Guests are able to put their names down and book slots, and it often seems like all the times are fully booked. However, the pool is usually empty during many of those slots, meaning that if you actually want to use it, you can’t because all the...

「Nice cosy dog friendly cottage in a great location. Very friendly host. Cottage was very well equipped for a great week's stay」

「The cottage was first class, clean, spotless and really comfortable. It offered really easy access to local holiday locations, we loved the wildlife and the lical farm animals」

「Beautiful little cottage with stunning views, host was friendly and easy to get in touch with. The space was family/dog friendly and clean with plenty of amenities. The only thing we were hoping for was a washing machine but we were able to do a couple of hand washes whilst we were there. Would recommend and would definitely return!」

「The cottage is ideally located and the off street parking is a bonus. The property is well laid out and spacious with everything you could need for a relaxing break. We would not hesitate to return. Only a couple of suggestions to make the stay even better. There was a faint smell of drains in the bathroom which built up if the door was closed. The wooden frame round the bed had corners which could catch your legs when walking round it due to the close proximity of the wardrobe. More room...

「Great apartment right in the town centre. Spacious living space and everything you need for a home from home experience. As the flat is high up you get great views out towards the castle and the roof windows give great views of the stars on a clear night.」

「Altogether excellent...very friendly helpful owners」

「Gorgeous accommodation really cosy and had everything you needed - close to pubs and amazing views and walks we had a great time would stay again and highly recommend」

「Property is well located and beds are comfy. It was very cold in the property when we arrived as the thermostat had been turned to 10 degrees and there were no matches to light the fire. The whole property felt like it needed a bit of a refresh.....walls marked, some mirrors cracked, doors & handles chipped, kitchen equipment mismatched and well used, some kitchen equipment broken, dining room chair broken and not usable. The shower has a slanted roof so not ideal as you have to duck to prevent...

「Nice place for a winters stay for a few days」

「Beautiful cottage , very peaceful with great views . In a more remote setting away from the hustle and bustle of the coast, about 30 minutes drive from Alnwick to stock up with provisions.」

「Absolutely brilliant time staying at Lyndhurst, everything was catered for and the host very attentive. Beautifully decorated throughout and the hotel tub was a great additional. Our Teddy loved the enclosed garden!! Great location for visiting local attractions. We loved our stay here and will definately be back!! Thank you」

「Enjoyable stay. Lovely town, everything within walking distance. Private car parking space was good, although a little tight. House was clean and owners to attention to detail was apparent to us. Everything well maintained and tidy. Clean bedding, towels etc. Would return to this house if in Seahouses again.」

「The cottage was perfect in every way」
