「Our room was newly renovated. It had a balcony thar faced quiet residencial street. Receptionist was nice.」

「Was the worst room we have ever stayed in. There was a dilapidated old chair in the corner which when moved had an empty vodka bottle behind it. The chair was vinyl and peeling on the arms and seat. Looked like it had come out of the dump. The chair at the desk was not safe to sit on. Traffic noise made it almost impossible to sleep. The air conditioner was musty smelling. We didn’t stay for breakfast because we were in too much of a hurry to leave.」

Also, compliment Wi-Fi connected so smoothly and this helps not only tourist but business person. Staff is I very helpful and friendly so I strongly recommend to stay this hotel when you are in Cranbrook. 」

「The Summit View Bed and Bath was well appointed and in a convenient location. The suite was exceptionally clean upon arrival and we enjoyed the freshly renovated room and bathroom with tasteful decor! Plenty of quality towels and bath products were provided and the bed linens were lovely. The information book provided was very helpful and gave us all of the information we needed! So close to the ski hill and other attractions including the quaint town of Kimberley! Would highly recommend!」
