「Nice clean, quiet room with comfortable beds. Beautiful grounds, always beautifully maintained. Dinner in the casino was also good.」

「View from room not great, but the hotel is adorable. There’s a sauna but the hotel could benefit from a hot tub. One staff member didn’t want to check us in because we were 5 min early but otherwise staff was nice. The restaurant UVA downstairs is by far the best part, incredible food. Location is close to the platzl, good shopping and food.」

「Arrived late, they had called to check on us but we were out of service, and as soon as I called, the night desk guy showed up In minutes and checked us in promptly. Great after hours service, and cool old hotel (1923) atmosphere. Well maintained and renovated, way better than chain hotels, and there’s a great coffee shop across the street. Would stay again 10/10.」
