「We brought our 3 daughters and their families to Grand Rapids and Michigan’s Adventure , we had 4 rooms and they did a fantastic job by making sure we were all on the same floor , the kiddos loved the pool and everyone loved the breakfast , the whole front desk staff was wonderful to us , we will be back 」
「Only 2 complaints are that the door to the bathroom was a pocket door which stuck/was off the track. Made for more than a few moments of feeling trapped. Additionally, there wasn’t a closet but an assigned area in the bathroom corner. Other than that, it was a great stay. Kitchen was terrific. 」
「We really enjoyed our stay at the castle; it worked out very well for our family of nine. It was so nice to have the laundry there and the view was great with it being on the 11th floor. Sleeping arrangements worked well and having 2 bathrooms was so convenient. There was an issue with the lock/doorknob upon arrival and Mitten was very attentive, even sending a maintenance worker to help solve the problem later at night. We would for sure consider staying again the next time we are in Michigan.」
