"We booked the hotel for the main purpose of the hot tub. Unfortunately it was out of service and the water temperature was extremely hot. We attempted to get ready in the morning and plugged in our curling iron it sparked, smoked, and blew a circuit we informed the front desk, we were not able to utilize the bathroom to get ready before check out. "

"I did not feel safe staying here due to the environment. There was blood and stains on various parts of the room, like walls, bed, curtains (I took images), there are patches of paint missing on the walls, the smell/odors in the halls and room are nauseating and overwhelming of smoke and other smells. The lady that checked me in & checked me out (about 15 minutes after I checked in) was very nice and patient. Listened to my experience. Been trying to get a status on my refund, Expedia has been calling them and no answer & I’ve been messaging the hotel after they said they would release back my funds and they do not respond. "
