The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. We loved the large room with a couch area in the room. Unfortunately we only had one large towel in the bathroom which made showers for 3 people tricky and the pool was closed for renovations which was the one requirement my daughter had for a hotel. We were on the second floor and the ice machine and vending machine were both out of order. The breakfast was nice but very picked over around 8:30 am. The check in and check out were both extremely simple. We were close to the expressway which made getting to destinations outside of the hotel quick and easy.

We were comfortable for our weekend stay. This hotel just needs some updating. Our toilet handle had to be wiggled after each flush and the showerhead definitely needs to be replaced. Several stains on the carpet in the hallway. On the plus side, we were close to the venue that we were attending for the weekend, and we thought the price was reasonable.

This was my second stay here; it was much better than last month. At lease my entry key card worked this time. I had a king room instead of the double queen suite. The room was clean except for the carpet and the musty smell when you first walk in. The bathroom was clean but only had one bath towel and one hand towel, nothing else. No washcloth. The one sitting chair in the room needs to be replaced. The coffee maker in the room was very convenient (I brought my own water). I got a good deal through Expedia, so I can't complain. It was worth what I paid for it. The breakfast was good that they serve off the main lobby area.

The beds were great. The room carpet was filthy. Breakfast was poorly attended as in they were out of scrambled eggs for an hour and on the first day coffee, orange juice and lemonade were all empty. The shower shampoo was empty. However, the facility appeared tidy, and clean, except for the floors. It was very nice to have the refrigerator and microwave. Ice machine on our floor didn’t work, but you could go to the other floors. I honestly wouldn’t stay there again unless I had to just because I think it must not be managed well. The pool was down for renovation and I don’t believe that was on the website. Thank God for the wonderful beds!

I liked the people at the front desk coming and going. they were very helpful and made the stay nicer. The TV remote and system was terrible. Replaced remote 3 times and never fully worked. Had to get up to turn on and off, volume. Need to work on that. Pool closed but didn't bother us. Overall, we had a great time.

The overall facility looks good and should be better. But there are real challenges there. First, the amenities shelves have almost no food or drink- truly. Less than 20%of the space is stocked. The breakfast offering is in a very clean facility and what is there is well done. The offerings are spare. My room had a malfunctioning AC, no full sized towels. The former guest’s soap was still in the shower as was their washcloth. The front desk cleaned it when I was out of the room the next day. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were not replaced and they weren’t attached in their holder. The second bed was very lumpy but the first one was good. Both had smaller feather pillows difficult to use. The curtains were not all hooked on, hanging off in several places. There were long term signs of poor cleaning- mildew stains on bathroom wallpaper and around faucet, grime in tight corners, rumpled and worn carpet in front of the elevator. Unlike some other properties that have difficulty, this one is so close to really good. The structure and decor are good. I hope they can bring it to its full potential!

Did not have time for breakfast but the room was very nice and clean. Reasonable pet fee and was not made to feel we get the worst room because of the pet. The room was beautiful and large. The young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming
