Welcome to Casa Cazadora del Mar (home of the Sea Huntress), located at the one of a kind Residencias Reef. This resort is a gated community with 24/7 security. It is located on the famous San Francisco Beach, with a shared pier which allows access to the sea. Scuba, deep sea fishing, and other boat excursions pickup there daily.

Our condo has everything you would ever need for a wonderful, just-like-at-home stay. Our top (3rd) floor patio balcony, with your own bubble tub, loungers, café table and chairs, a gas bar-b-que for cooking the catch of the day. The condo overlooks the impeccably manicured grounds and beach, where you will experience breathtaking sunsets. Our view to the west is as good as it gets in Residencias Reef.

There are many things to do on the island including walking along the beach, visiting the beach clubs and restaurants for amazing food, live entertainment and meeting new people. You can also try parasailing, kayaking, jet skiing, deep sea fishing, shopping in town and so much more.

Isla de Cozumel is a diver's paradise, consistently regarded as one of the top 5 diving sites in the world, consistent 100-150 feet+ visibility and effortless drift diving. The water temperature range between 80 and 84 degrees Fahrenheit. There is incredible snorkeling at our private beach and all over the island. This vacation is a water lover’s paradise.

Residencias Reef has two fabulous, pools with large decks and palapas to enjoy until 10pm each night. There is also the exclusive, quiet, rooftop patio stretching the entire length of our building, providing the same great view as our unit. The rooftop patio offers showers, bathrooms, and a palapa with refrigerator, small wet bar, and lounge chairs to enjoy a relaxing, sunny afternoon of reading or just watching the clouds go by.

Casa Cazadora del Mar is a 12-minute drive into town (San Miguel de Cozumel), has many shops, boutiques, the town square, Cuban cigars, and wonderful restaurants. The grocery store and seafood market are located intown.

Enjoy the islands restaurants, order in local fare to the unit, prepare your own meals in our full kitchen, or you can take advantage of a private chef, that will prepare authentic Mayan fare right in the condo. For an additional fee, we can even have your groceries waiting for you. We also have a regularly updated “Our Favorites” book in the condo that can help you choose great local restaurants during your stay.

Our housekeeper Rosie will be at your service to make the condo tidy daily during your stay. She has a key and will make her arrival known to you before entering.

Our property manager Mario will make sure that everything is attended to for your stay. He can help you book tours, give you extra recommendations.
