Eveyone I interacted with was helpful and kind. The room was nice but the property was in the middle of a renovation, which was not disclosed at the time of booking.
Other than that, I will definitely be booking there next time I'm in town.

What a lovely, lovely place to stay, and a kind and professional staff. Mine was a last-minute reservation and they were cheerful about accommodating my very late-night arrival.
My room was smallish - not uncommon with old buildings, so I was expecting that. Every inch of it was designed and decorated with care. The shower was a relief after a long day - great water flow and plenty of hot water.
The morning parking attendant was very attentive, a nice man who urged me to come back - not rotely, but warmly. I'll be back.
