「I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but I was warmly welcomed with a smile, which I truly appreciated. They kindly shared information about local shops and sightseeing spots, which helped ease my worries about being in a new town for the first time. The building is old, but the room was clean and I had a comfortable stay. (Adjusting the bath water temperature was a bit of a challenge.) Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay.」

「Upon arrival, we were greeted by our lovely hosts Chris and Tina. Chris kindly showed us to our Valentina tent for our 3 day stay. The tent was beautifully appointed and had a super comfy bed. Our separate kitchen area had a basket of goodies, which we felt was such a personal touch. The llamas were amazing, roaming freely outside our tent. 「Was disappointed, I have mobility problems & lift going down was not working. Beds didn't get made so tea, coffee etc didnt get topped up. No instructions how heating worked, no fire exit instructions. Corridors didn't get hoovered. Needs good refurbishment. Plenty of parking so not a problem. 」

「Lovely old historic Inn. Rooms traditionally furnished and had some nice welcoming touches. Bar was very cozy. Staff very welcoming. Breakfast freshly cooked. No lift but staff kindly helped us to the top floor with our bags. Our daughter stayed in a ground floor garden room overlooking the beer garden which was also very nicely furnished. Menu looked great but we ate in the Indian restaurant directly opposite which was also excellent. Will stay here again when passing through.」
