カウ トラック エステーツ ホテル

「I had an incredibly terrible experience in this hotel. When I asked the receptionist of the hotel whether or not I can have toothpaste, by talking to her, saying "Excuse me," with a calm voice in a polite tone, she was a little startle by being talked to. Surprisingly, she yelled to me, "You scared me!" with a quite angry and unpleasant face and gesture. I was in fact surprised that she got angry, since what I said is just "Excuse me" quietly and politely. So, I said, "YOU scared me." Then, she...

「新築ホテルで快適に過ごせました」

「Unfortunately, the air condition unit vibrated very loud and it was difficult to stay asleep. After showing video to the front desk, they were very surprised and said they would send maintenance while I was out. That never happened.」

「It was a nightmare. There was a very strong, unpleasant smell in the main room—it smelled like a dirty dog. I arrived very late at night and was exhausted, so I didn’t have time to deal with it and had to sleep with the window open. What’s more, when I went into the bathroom, there was a strange smell there too—it seemed like someone had wiped it down with a wet, dirty, musty rag. But that’s not all! 「Lovely suite, great location. Well stocked kitchen - enough dishes and cutlery - and dish soap, cloths, etc. Pool towels available. Ample parking with easy access to your room. Lovely balcony to sit outside. The only down side was no deep pool - maximum depth of 5 ft. Would stay here again.」

「My rental car was stolen out of the parking lot this is not the hotel's problem but apparently there was another rental car stolen the same week. Phoenix police need to probably be more on top of this but other than that they were very helpful.」

「Very reasonable. Located in a quiet area and it was good for family vacation.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! First, the staff are all incredibly friendly and hard working. Every single facility (multiple restrooms, kitchen, dining areas, pool, lobby etc) were kept meticulous. The continental breakfast that was included with our stay on the Element side was AMAZING! The chefs make a new fresh breakfast item each day (pancakes, avocado toast, chicken and waffles, eggs to name a few of the breakfasts we had) and they offer a selection of fruit, coffee bagels etc as...
