"What an absolutely amazing place. Peaceful, beautiful, calm surroundings and a spectacular property, clearly created with love. Thoughtfully laid out and having everything one could want from a break, whether it's a family trip or romantic getaway. So many little thoughtful touches and great hosts who made it easy to find and enter the property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. "

"I had really bad experience to stay there. One of the things I don't understand why they took away room phone. You can get room service at all. You can not contact front desk from your room at all. Really bad idea. Room was not clean. room was cold. We have been offered a heater but out of power right after I plugged in."

"1 useable plug socket. Had to put kettle on floor to reach plug socket, no breakfast… despite it saying it was included. Overall not a great stay"

"Business/CPD trip. Everything i needed was on the premises. Staff on friday night were very busy, but always attend to your needs. Cottage was squeaky clean. Thank you sooo much! Lively and vibrant Pub (nice to see it so busy ☺️). Dinner and breakfast absolutely delicious. Service outstanding. Hope at some Point (er) 🐾朗 i will have to come back. Thank you all the staff."

"I would suggest they get a new cleaner and actually clean the rooms and the bathrooms and have new silicon around the shower tray as it’s full of mould and the toilet was disgusting"

"Well it could not of been any better, had a great stay, warm, cozy. 10 minutes from Bicester it's self, we would come back😁 sitting watching the birds and wild life was a joy. Loved every minute, only draw back which has nothing to do with our stay, we would come earlier so it was the lighter nights to see more of Bicester and wild life x"

"This place was amazing. It has been lovingly converted into accommodation with so much attention to detail that you don’t want to leave. The additional Christmas decorations were super cute and appreciated as well as the full service kitchen (with coffee and milk), games and fabulous top floor 360°window to watch the sunrise/sunset, wildlife etc. Highly recommend a stay here. "
