「The listing and reviews for this do not accurately describe several issues we experienced. First, you are docked right next to a party boat company with a flag called PVD VIP. At 3 am we were rudely awakened by people screaming on the deck boat with no warning. They do not have a listing on google maps. I hope the owner sees this review and files a complaint so more guests are not woken up by people screaming at 3am. Another issue is the photos do not show how small the entrance sliding door...

「My son and I were really looking forward to staying on this “yacht”, but the experience was very disappointing. The boat did not look like the listing photos, although that was a minor concern compared with what we encountered inside. As soon as we opened the door, we were hit with an overwhelming sewage smell. I immediately notified the host. The odor was unbearable in such a small, enclosed space and persisted throughout our stay. We had to sleep with the door and sunroof open to get fresh...

「Although I didn’t get to use the boat as I wanted, it was really nice, clean and fun accommodation… the location is amazing! Michael was really responsive and a pleasure rent with…」

「Loved it great get away」

「DO NOT STAY HERE! It is like staying in a parking lot and the bathroom smells like a sewer. The three of us (all VRBO hosts) paid for three nights but left after one. We requested a partial refund, but were denied. We were unable to get the power working, so no lights, no phone chargers, no running water. The outdoor railings were not properly secured and the inside steps were not secured at all, making the entire boat unsafe. We were given water in a used container with no seal on the plastic...

「Let’s start with Danielle; an amazing host and communicator. Worked with us on arrival and departure times, met us at property to run us through everything. She was fantastic! The pictures do not do this property justice; it’s an amazing House Boat in a stunning location. Spotless, comfortable, and outfitted with everything you would need. It’s was an unbelievable experience with a fanatics owner and I highly recommend it! 」
