「the pool is small- not really any activities can be done in this. staff had told my child no to getting any breakfast during breakfast hours, telling her to get some from the rest of her family. can't have eggs, an apple, a juice for each registered guest? informed we needed extra towels for our room didn't get extra so not everyone got a towel to dry off with after showers. toilet in our room had some issues flushing. it kept acting clogged before finally going down before spilling over.」

「The Lodge is driveway is on a very dangerous curve of a highway where cars are speeding by downhill. Entering the parking for the suites was dangerous especially during daytime hours. I received several messages from the property managers, changing the room assignment which was confusing. And with that came several different messages on how to access the room via the security panel; one correct one is all that's needed. The management company for this property was unorganized, unprofessional...

「We love this area of Chattanooga, and the old train station and this hotel are pillars of the history of the area. The hotel is very nicely remodeled. We stayed in a King room, but we hope to come back and stay in one of the train cars. The people are so nice - Dian, the head concierge, recognized us from another trip to the area and gave us a bottle of champagne to share in our room. The pool, the patio with fire pits, everything has such a relaxing atmosphere to it. The hotel’s restaurant next...

「When you walked in, you could smell the dampness or the carpet. The ice machine on the second floor was dirty. The room was fine, including the beds. There was a cheap motel next-door however I was able to park on the other side of the building. The location was beautiful. There also was an issue with one of the treadmills. The breakfast was good. The attendant in the morning was nice and kind. I will stay there again for the price.」

「The rooftop bar and pool were amazing. The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel is very clean. The only complaint would be that there was no coffee maker in the room. We had to go to the coffee shop in lobby and pay for coffee.」

「It was nice, but could really use some modern updates to the doors and bathrooms. Our sink faucet sprayed everywhere when using it and the shower had a huge shower head but not water pressure. The side entrance door said it was locked and to use your key, but was just unlocked」

「We had a great stay! The hotel was clean, and everything was well maintained. The staff was kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the best things about this hotel is its location it’s right in the center of everything, making it easy to get to restaurants, attractions, and shopping. 「Advertised as a hot breakfast and there was not any they’re so-called vendor never showed up with any eggs or sausage! If I was a hotel manager, I would’ve at least gone next-door to the waffle House and had them prepare some eggs for my customers. The bed sounded like it had a tin can underneath it that crinkle time you got them out of it. All in all it was OK it was not expensive.」
