「We were completing a 10 day motorcycle road trip and stayed at several hotels. This hotel was the best of all. The property was very clean and the staff was very welcoming. The front desk staff gave us recommendations on places to visit and provided directions and literature. The lobby, halls, elevator and room were very clean and bright. The pool area was also very clean. The breakfast was excellent and offered various choices. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「Stayed 2 nights for business, following previous stay in May 2026 which I had very good impression. Clean and quiet room. Easy access to/from Interstate I-10. Various restaurants and Walmart are located within walking distance. Breakfast is good, Waffle makers are also available. Staff team are helpful and friendly.」

「The check-in was quick and easy. The check-in representative was friendly and provided details of the hotel's amenities and was quick to provide some nearby restaurants on our request.」

「I stay here often for work and I always enjoy my stay and find it very comfortable and pleasing.」

「I stayed at your hotel from 10/11/26 to10/18/26 my room got service two times that is it. I was out of body wash in the tub and Told the front desk twice never was refilled. I asked for my trash cans to be emptied twice it finally was. When they empty the trash they took the dirty towels out of the bathroom and left them on the floor in front of my fridge. The next day which was Saturday they finally cleaned to room properly. I am planning on going back up to Bonifay in November for another week...

「It was ok for a cheap one night place to sleep. It was clean.」

「The 1st room we checked into had bedbugs and roaches. On the 1st floor pool side. We immediately went back to the kiosk and got another room on the opposite side 2nd floor and told the clerk that if we saw 1 single bug we wanted a full refund. Thankfully we didn't see another bug the 3 nights we were there. Rooms are extremely outdated and vent need to be cleaned desperately but the room served its purpose while we were there」

「Very nice place」

「The room was clean. Staff was fine. Parking was good for our moving truck.」

「Honestly it was a good hotel for the price! The staff was amazing, especially considering that our stay was so last minute. We came in looking for a safe place during Isaias, and even though the lobby was closed originally, when we called ahead to see if they had any way to allow us to go ahead and book for the night, the gentleman was kind enough to leave what I can only assume was his own room to unlock the lobby and was willing to even help us book then. We didn’t get to try the breakfast but...
