"We had a wonderful one night stay. There are many small touches that make up the great experience. Upon check-in, my two teenage kids got a soft toy each. yes, they still love soft toys! The reception lady escorted us to our room which was upgraded to a deluxe one. She showed us where the hair dryer and other important amenities were and took our other requests too. A Chinese tea set was sent to our room and after we came back from our shopping/dinner, we found a snack set and fruit basket on the table. My girl was over the moon! A soap bar was also given. It smells exactly like the shower gel in the bathroom. I found a firm pillow and a memory foam pillow in the wardrobe, giving me a better night sleep. Everything was perfect, even the checkout when the reception lady (Kelly) gave us a tote bag as a goodbye gift. Impeccable service! "

"The check-in was fast and smooth. No hip cups on the process and staffs were patient in explaining the procedures. The room is very spacious and facing the pool view, staff was very kind to help to upgrade the room for us due to my friend’s birthday trip. The conceige staff Amy was very helpful in explaining the routes and advised us to take the express bus to hk instead of taking the ferry. Highly recommended to stay. The housekeeper was very detailed by cleaning our luggage’s wheel and tidy up the place very well. Ample of space for yoga too"
