Wonderful staying experience

The hotel was super great on the free shuttle to all the travel spots or other hotels due to the location. We are staying in a Junior suite, and the clearness was excellent.

Overall, it is not bad. However, it is a little bit far from other casinos/hotels. The closest MGM will take about 10 minutes to walk.

Wonderful property with exceptional room and space. The only thing I would say is it's a little bit out of the way and the shuttle line can be a little long, even with the room card priority boarding.

Unbelievable hotel! Everything is so grand and luxurious. You won’t regret booking this hotel, strongly recommend to others visiting Macau for the first time. Free shuttle bus to New Lisboa in Macau and back to Grand Lisboa.

Great value for their Junior suites. Spacious and well set up suites with everything you need. Staff is very accommodating and they send a porter to walk you to your room and when you are leaving if you like as well as carrying your bags etc. Great old world service Area is where all the new casinos are and they have a shuttle bus to all local areas and back to the old town. Can't recommend it enough

Hard to beat this property! We took a junior suite and it was fantastic. Really large and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Prices relatively low for the big casinos here. The only complaint I would have is that the restaurants are limited versus other hotels. But they have shuttle buses which will drop you at other casinos or downtown in the Taipa area or even across in the old Macau city. Very good value and worth a stay.

The hotel is very new. Room size is big. Breakfast was good but my room was not available until after 5:30pm even though check-in time was supposed to be 3:00pm. The hotel said they did not have enough staff to do the housekeeping. Shower drainage had problem. Water was overflowed and wet the floor of the toilet.

This Hotel is the top of line 5-stars hotel. It is the best of all the Lisboa hotels. The room is huge. It has a full size sofa and tables to enjoy the complimentary tea or coffee. It comes with a bed bench at the end of a king size bed. There are lots of space to fit a table and chair in front of the bed bench. The bathroom is also huge with separate bathtub and shower. The shower room is one of the best with dual overhead shower heads and it is one of the best shower we had. The amenities are 5-stars quality. The hotel provides free water bottles. The light switches by the bed control all the lights and power draperies. It has turn down service in the evening. The hotel has a wonderful outdoor garden. Free shuttles are provided for all the tourist attractions, ports, and ferry terminals. The casino also provides free drinks and snacks and we can even exchange currency. We will definitely return to this hotel.
