「We stayed in room 220 on 1st floor. About 15 steps to room. (In 3 sections). No lifts. I have walking difficulties but steps we ok. Room clean & basic. Large corner balcony overlooking the sea. Air con in lounge. On arrival Maria had left key's & instructions for us, easy! Pool area nice, clean & peaceful. Other than breakfast option which we didn't use. There is no food or drink service on site. But supermarket outside was very good for supplies. For someone with walking issue...

「写真には扇風機と机が写ってるけど実際には無かったのが残念でした。壁はかなり薄いので隣の部屋の音や話し声がよく聞こえます。それ以外はWiFiは強くて早いし近所にコンビニ、レストラン、レンタルバイク、ビーチなど生活で困ることはありません。」

「夜到着して4泊しました。毎日7時頃から朝食がいただけます。朝大した店がやってもないし物価も高いので大変助かりました。また、車あればどこに行くにも地理的には便利かと思います。駐車場は夜から朝8時までならすぐ脇の道路に駐車可能、そうでなければ少し遠いところになります。週末は飲食店が軒並み閉まって食事に困るでしょう。セーフティBOXはフロントにありますのでやや不便。」

「It is very clean, the staff are super helpful and you can walk to everything you need. They don't do room service but you can get food like pizza across the street late. I could have done with a couple more pillows but it's fine. The balconies all look over the sea and the air-conditioning worked well. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were lovely and soft. Blackout blinds great. Didn't eat there. 」

「I enjoyed a 5 night break at Sands. A little apprehensive due to several negative reviews however my experience was very positive. The rooms are a good size and have everything you need including full fridge freezer and dishwasher. The entire complex is very clean and is thoughtfully laid out. I enjoyed the lane swimming and the surrounding area is perfect for running. I also used the gym several times. Shops and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. 」
