Great shower, we asked for extra blankets and received duvets, very happy. love that you can connect to Netflix Disney Spotify on the tv. 「Reus空港からRyanairで早朝便だったため、前泊に使いました。空港に近く(時間帯によってはバス有り)部屋は清潔、ホテルのスタッフも親切でした。併設のレストランは安くてガッツリのスペイン料理を出してくれます！」

「Port Aventura とFerrari Landがセットでお得なホテルです。家族向けに特化した施設と言えます。建物は新しく管理も行き届いていて清潔で綺麗です。朝食、夕食のブッフェは種類も多くて及第点以上ですが、残念なのは、夕食の材料は安価なもの中心なため、目玉となるような品はありません。部屋のアメニティも最低限で、スリッパやティッシュ、歯ブラシも勿論ありません。Ritualと謳っている割にシャワージェルとハンドソープしかなく、期待はずれでした。Hotels.comのSilver会員向けVIPサービスである食事・ドリンク20%オフも、ホテルからは部屋のミニバーにのみ対象との案内が事前にありましたが、実際のところ部屋にミニバーはなく、？？？なんだかなぁ…と言う残念な状態です。施設コンディションが良いだけにサービスを期待しましたが、期待はずれでした。」

「アチャート駅が目の前、徒歩圏にプラド美術館などがあり、バス・地下鉄も使いやすい。キッチン設備も充実、食洗機や洗濯機があるのも便利。 常駐スタッフは10〜17時勤務なので対面でのコミュニケーションは限られるが、時間外はメールで即かつ親切に対応してくれるので心強かった。 1階スタジオタイプの部屋は、すぐ下がカフェでテラス席が深夜まで賑わい、日中もカーテンを開けづらいのは残念だが、それを補ってあまりある利便性と快適さがあった。」
