「From the first moment we checked in to the room we could hear loud noise coming from the next door room. Through the wall via the TV. We could hear the neighbour cough, their telephone calls and we could hear every word they said on the TV. There is absolutely no privacy in these rooms. The only solution the hotel had was to tell the neighbours to turn off their TV, which is absolutely unacceptable customer treatment when people have paid to stay there. We stayed 3 nights, but wanted to leave...

「Muy mala experiencia por parte de expedia que nos confirmaron la reserva y al llegar al camping playa montroig no tenian constancia de dicha reserva y no puedimos disfruta de el bungalow que habiamos reservado. Gracias al reponsable del camping pudieron solventar este grave error y nos ubicaron en otro alojamiento. Muy mal servicio por parte de expedia no volveremos a coger otro viaje con vosotros.」

Bruit incroyable les nuits vers restau et piscine pour des "animations" qui ne valent pas une nuit paisible : route qui passe près du camping ET autoroute juste à côté sont également très bruyants. Personnels très disponibles et agréables」

「Nous avons dormi dans le studio familial, mon concubin, ma fille et moi. Personne n'est venu nous ouvrir quand nous sommes arrivés devant la résidence universitaire, il a fallu passer par une fenêtre ouverte en rez de chaussée pour aller trouver la réceptionniste dans son bureau pourtant. Nous n'avions qu'une seule carte d'accès pour obtenir de l'électricité dans le logement. La porte ne s'ouvrait pas, il fallait demander à la personne de la réception de nous accompagner devant la chambre avec...
