「Staff friendly and welcoming, outside have been refurbished, not so the inside, beds comfortable, bathroom one side new other old. Which didn't make sense. Have to pay a rather big refundable deposit on arrival. Reception pool and bar area is clean and nice. Strange rhat you are staying there and want you to pay to leave your luggage. Euro per bag. Could become a excellent apartment hotel if only more money is spent on the rooms. Overall was ok had a good time.」

「Obviously the main selling point for this hotel is the location! The room was basic but functional. It could have done with more pillows. Some of the maintenance wasn't great - the door handle to the bathroom kept coming off. It could do with more plug sockets. Dinner and breakfast are very good - a large buffet with a good selection and surprisingly good food.」

「Rooms were very clean and maintained with comfy beds which sheets got changed every 3 days or when requested. Shower and bathroom was immaculate much better than many 4 or 5 stars I've been in. The staff were also very friendly and helpful especially when asking about local busses and taxis. Food served by the pool was nice and reasonably priced, and pool and sun loungers were in good condition.pool isn't too deep so no diving which was a shame but overall was a good pool to swim and relax in....

「パークに直結しているので、泊まるだけなら十分です。アメニティやタオルは×。掃除も不十分。隅っこの方に虫の死骸が固まっていました。」

「鳥が飛んでいるので窓が開けられなかったり、窓に鳥のフンが付いていたりで不快でした。 また、アメニティも全くなく、紙コップが1人一個あるのみ、冷蔵庫もなく、夜お腹空いたなと思ってもBAR以外テイクアウト出来るとこは何もありませんでした。 また、自動販売機などもどこにあるのか全くわからず先に自分で用意してないと 水道の水を飲むことになりそうです。 朝食は色んなものがあり良かったですが、 コーヒーを淹れるのにかなり並ぶので、何台か増やした方が良いと思います。 私は10分待っていたが、結局豆切れで入れられなく、移動しました。 コーヒーメーカーの豆や水などなどは始まる前に確認して補充するべきだと思います。」

「Staff at check in were lovely. The room was lovely and clean with everything we needed. The roof top pool was fantastic as there was also plenty of room to sun bathe and it was never too packed.」

「ポルトアベンチュラで遊んだ後に宿泊しました。 深夜の到着にも関わらずスタッフの方は親切に対応してくれました。 駐車場が無料なのも魅力です。 部屋は清潔感があり。寝るだけであれば十分なホテルです。」

「We were pleased with our stay. Note it, to get a breakfast we needed to go to another place. This was within a short walking distance. In that place we could stay all day long, having fun by a couple of different pools surrounded by tropical style garden.. It was pleasant!」
