Friendly staff, great service

The staff were great - welcoming and very helpful. While it’s not in the city centre, it’s easy enough to take a city bus into town, with 2 bus stops right near the hotel. The room was nice and quiet.

We stayed here one night when travelling along the coast. The hotell had free, gated, parking (very good) and the staff was friendly and helpfull. But, the hotell was very basic, the breakfast really poor (few things and not so tasty, beds hard and rooms not so cozy.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Location was OK for me as I like to walk so the 50minute walk to the harbour was OK. Bed was comfortable. Decor was a little dated. Shower was inadequate as there was no hot water and I reported that to the reception staff as I checked out. Parking my motorbike in the gated and locked courtyard at no extra cost was a bonus. Towels supplied were good. Buffet Breakfast was adequate with unlimited coffee.

Lovely Family-Run Hotel

Staff here are very welcoming, helpful and attentive. They even held on to my phone charger for me which i had forgotten during a previous stay. There is a good parking facility. Rooms are cosy and charming, also very clean. Unpretentious, family-run business - staff clearly proud to provide a great service. Also great for access to motorway en route to Southern Spain from UK. Will definitely return!

Strangers enters the room during the night.

A quite worn out hotel, the picture of hotel does not reflect reality. Personal was very nice, but perhaps not very competent. Worst thing was that at 2 am two strangers entered our room. Apparently they were given the key code by the receptionist. Very alarming, and as there were no means of locking the door from the inside, as I usually do, I had to rely on the door lock. So all in all I cannot recommend this hotel, should you choose to stay at this hotel remember to bring your own means to barricade the door.

Dated, but decent.

Dated rooms, and basic beds, but clean and decent for a night or two. Very limited onsite parking, that was already full upon our arrival. On the plus side, it is close to Port Aventura, and Ionity got a fast EV charging between hotel and Port Aventura, that was perfect for our trip.

Nice Hotel. Bit out the way from town centre but buses are frequently and its not a bad walk. Have to get buzzed in and out through electric gates. Not sure y gives u impression u might be in dodgy area. But was fine..

Pleasant stay

Nice little hotel, it's older and dated but appropriate for the price point. They have a small parking lot for free but it does fill up. There is also street parking across the street that is hit and miss but not impossible. Breakfast was nice, fresh croissants, cheeses, meats and cappuccino. This is located outside of the city centre so you really do need a car otherwise it's not easy to get around.
