Hotel, whilst a little tired, was spotless. Like a lot of Spanish cities, Reus is a grid system and the hotel was on a corner. The main square was approx 300 meters walk. There is an attached cafe within the hotel but wasn't open on 3 days of our stay, which was a pity as it was very good. Overall, very good value.

It was a pleasant stay. Staff was very friendly and were able to communicate in English with us. Would recommend for anyone looking for a stay in Reus. Very close to bus and train stations.

Good budget lodging, great location. The parking next door was convenient and affordable. Would have liked coffee available (no coffee in room; the machine in the lobby was broken) but the experience corresponds to the affordable price.

Great location, somewhat dated but would recommend

Great location, a little dated but would recommend as it does 'tick all the boxes'! Rooms were large, air conditioning, hot water etc all worked well. The older style decor made some areas of the hotel a little dark but it was all very clean and tidy. We didn't have much interaction with staff, but when we did, they were helpful.

Too noisy walls are paper thin I stayed three night each night above me a lot of noise from ignorant people moving furniture around and banging at 1am.

Dissapointing .

I asked twice to move to a room with a double bed but told no rooms available. No perks offered considering I’m Platinum and extended a further two nights plus I’ve booked it again on the 23/7 as it’s very central for Reus. No Tea or Coffee in room a small refrigerator that leeks. It’s a shame I live the classic design though.

Let down

The hotel is well situated but very dated. It's advised on the website that there is a restaurant and that's one of the reasons we booked this hotel and yes there's a restaurant but we was told we couldn't eat in there as two coach parties were staying and there wouldn't be enough food for us. On going to look at the restaurant there was two rooms, one for the coach parties and one for other guests that was empty?????. In the morning we went for breakfast, not great to be fair but the food that had been put out for us was taken by the people coming across from their dinning area. If this sort of situation is going to arise , guest's should be informed

Lack of ventilation in the room, brought it up to staff's attention and they couldn't do anything except suggest to open the windows but it was humid. Interior definitely need remodeling, tub had chips off, the ceiling of the restroom reminded me of an office ceiling. The walls are so sensitive to noise, i can hear the neighbors organize their closet, when they move a chair or speak. I booked a tripled room and there was only one outlet which made it difficult to charge our phones and devices. The sheets where thin and uncomfortable. The shampoo came in little bags which wasn't enough or environmentally friendly. Most importantly there was no WIFI. I reached out and all they can do is reboot it, it didn't work. I had to go to the lobby to get internet.

Airco temp is not adjustable. The thermostat is hidden in the ceiling which is only accessable by technician. We had a room on the sunside. The airco could not cool the room to a comfortable temperature. Loose floortiles in the room. Internet would fail constant!! I checked out 4 days before ! The manager agreed a refund of 2 days of the four but denied later!!! Awfull Experience !!!

Es un hotel viejo la habitación para cuatro no es muy grande no funciona la nevera y el aire acondicionado es muy viejo (por lo menos hay). El restaurante para el desayuno no puede hacer más calor y si cuentas los precios que tienen por un hotel de 3 estrellas ya es todo una incoherencia
