「Shopping and the old town were close, and the train/bus station was a 5 minute walk away. The area was a bit rougher at night on the main road, but the street the hotel is on is very quiet at night. We were on the ground floor facing the road and heard nothing!
The proprietress is very lovely and allowed us to store our bags when we arrived very early off the ferry.
The little petit dejeuner in the morning (coffee, orange juice and a croissant) was a lovely bonus!

「When we check in Carla was at the counter, she was EXCEPTIONAL! She was able to help us get a rental car because the reservation we made for a car rental with Orbitz Omited to let us know that a international driver’s license was required, so we could not pick up a car. She was very helpful letting us know good places to go. In general the staff was great and helpful.」
